Ian Hoogendam, PE, serves as the Director of Reliability Standards and System Modeling at PacifiCorp since September 2022, previously holding the position of Manager of Distribution Systems Planning. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Oracle as a Product Manager for Network Management Systems from October 2014 to September 2022. Ian’s career at PacifiCorp began in July 2006, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Engineer focusing on reliability planning for transmission and distribution systems, as well as holding various engineering roles supporting load studies and reliability analysis. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Portland State University, attained in 2006.
