Karen Long

Karen Long has extensive experience in product management and eCommerce, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Paciolan since January 2012. In this role, Karen has successfully led teams to develop a mobile-first consumer experience, achieving over 26 million users and 60 million mobile passes downloaded. Previous roles include positions at The University of Georgia as a Senior eCommerce Specialist and at The University of Kansas as Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. Karen also has experience in ticket operations from earlier positions with the Kansas City T-Bones Baseball Club and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from The University of Kansas.
