Patricia McLeish

Patricia McLeish has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on training and development. Patricia is currently the Vice President of Commercial-Medical Learning & Development at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. In this role, they lead a training team and collaborates with various departments to implement innovative sales, medical, and leadership training programs globally. Prior to this, they held positions as an Executive Director and Senior Director of Learning & Development at Pacira BioSciences.

Before joining Pacira BioSciences, Patricia worked at AMAG Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Sales Director, where they led a specialty sales team in launching a new brand within women's health.

Patricia also has experience at AstraZeneca, where they held various roles including Commercial Excellence Leader, Executive District Sales Manager, and District Sales Manager. In these positions, they implemented strategic sales and coaching strategies, led national sales and leadership meetings, and provided multi-discipline sales leadership.

Patricia's early career experience includes roles at MEDITECH as an Applications Consultant.

Patricia McLeish holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Maine. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including "The Art & Science of Behavioral Interviewing, Trainer" from DDI | Development Dimensions International in September 2019, "Targeted Selection, Behavioral Interviewing" from DDI | Development Dimensions International in January 2003, and "The Challenger Sale - Certified Challenger Champion / Trainer" from Corporate Executive Board.
