Matthew Terbush

Matthew TerBush is an experienced professional in packaging engineering, currently serving as the Director of Packaging Innovations at Packaging Compliance Labs since August 2017. In this role, Matthew leads efforts to provide packaging validation and engineering solutions to the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches. Prior positions at Packaging Compliance Labs include Senior Laboratory Packaging Engineer, Director of Operations / Packaging Engineering, and Packaging Engineer. Additional experience includes roles as an Ambassador for Livingston County United Way, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EctoHR, Inc., and an Account Executive at Stephen Gould Corporation. Matthew began their career with an internship as a Packaging Engineer at ACCO Brands. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University, completed in 2015.
