Austin Green

Austin Green is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since June 2022, Austin has prior experience as Shift Performance Coach at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing mill operations in power, recovery, recaust, and water/effluent. Austin also held the role of Operations Shift Supervisor at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, focusing on the production of fire-resistant OSB paneling. Earlier experience includes operating machinery at Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc. and installing glass components with Glass Systems of Alabama. Austin completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at James H Faulkner State Community College between 2012 and 2013.
