Fred Pacifico

Fred Pacifico has extensive experience in leadership and engineering within the manufacturing and military sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since July 2014, Fred Pacifico has held multiple roles including Northwest Area Operations Manager, Site Manager, and Senior Staff Engineer. Prior to this, from January 1993 to August 2014, Fred Pacifico served in the US Navy as an Electrician's Mate Chief and Engineer Qualified Submarine Officer. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and an ongoing Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies, expected to be completed in May 2024.
