Jeff Randall

Jeff Randall is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Area Human Resources Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since September 2016, Jeff oversees 11 plants across Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida following the acquisition of TimBar Packaging and Display, where Jeff held the position of Vice President of Human Resources since January 2006. Responsibilities included managing the entire spectrum of human resources functions, such as employee and labor relations, training and development, and compliance. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at International Paper from April 1993 to January 2006, where corporate policies were executed across multiple manufacturing operations. Jeff began their career as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) from October 1982 to April 1993. Educationally, Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Manpower, Personnel, and Training Analysis from The United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Kansas State University.
