Kim Gutierrez

Kim Gutierrez has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since March 2021, after holding the position of Senior Customer Service Representative. Prior to this role, Kim spent over 22 years at Justman Packaging, starting in April 1998 and advancing to the position of Customer Service Manager.
