Ryan Baxter

Ryan Baxter is an accomplished Creative Director and Design Center Manager with extensive experience in the design and packaging industry. Currently at Packaging Corporation of America since October 2017, Ryan leads initiatives to create engaging retail point-of-purchase display solutions for major brands. Prior roles include Creative Director positions at RR Donnelley and Wetzel Brothers, where Ryan focused on in-store marketing and temporary point-of-purchase programs, respectively. Earlier career experiences as a Graphic Designer at Hartman Design and Menasha Packaging Art Center provided a foundation in packaging, branding, and merchandising. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has completed leadership programs through EZRA Coaching and Leadership Moving Forward.
