Ravi Karia

Ravi Karia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ravi is currently serving as an Operations Manager at Packfleet since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Manager at Amazon from April 2020 to January 2022. In 2010, Ravi founded and served as the Managing Director/Event and Operations Manager at Minival Events Ltd, where they were responsible for organizing and managing high-quality music events. Ravi also gained experience as a Live Operations Manager at Patch Plants from November 2018 to March 2020, overseeing logistics and delivery operations. Earlier in their career, Ravi worked as a Web Administrator and Marketing Strategist at Itreble Ltd in 2015 and as a Digital Marketer at SPF Samplers/Mindflux from August 2014 to August 2015. Ravi also worked as a Bookings and Operations Assistant at Big Event Productions Ltd (2012-2014) and Darkbeat Limited (2010-2012), where they handled artist bookings and itinerary management. Furthermore, Ravi demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills by co-founding the AU Electronic Music Society at Aberdeen University and serving as President and Treasurer from 2008 to 2011. Throughout their career, Ravi has shown expertise in operations management, event planning, artist booking, logistics, and marketing.

Ravi Karia completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Aberdeen from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Marketing Management from the same university from 2011 to 2012.
