Ramaiah Muthusubramanian has extensive experience in the packaging industry, with their most recent role being the Chief Executive Officer at Packfora LLP since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever for a significant part of their career, starting in 1993. During their time at Unilever, Ramaiah held various leadership positions, including Program Director - Sustainable Flexible Packaging, Global Packaging Director-Laundry, Design Lead Home Care and South Asia Packaging Capability Director, and Regional Supply Management Manager - AAC. Ramaiah managed large teams and oversaw global packaging functions, technology, and planning. Ramaiah also has experience in packaging development at Lever Johnson Ltd and Hindustan Lever Limited.
Ramaiah Muthusubramanian completed their Masters in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai, from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Madura College, from 1987 to 1990. Ramaiah completed their secondary education in Science at Hindu Higher Secondary School from 1985 to 1987.
