Nydia Esgeb

Nydia Esgeb began their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Jims Western Wear. In 2012, they joined PackIt as a Call Center Representative and Sonic Electronix, Inc. as a Customer Retention/ Satisfaction Specialist. In 2018, they became an Inside Sales/Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Order Processing at Allen Reed Co Inc. In 2019, they were promoted to Operations Supervisor at PackIt and assumed the same responsibilities as a Senior Operations Specialist, in addition to delegating smaller projects, running reporting on shipping rates, researching new shipping companies, creating new items in GS1, managing customer service operations employees, entering inventory, creating work orders, and ordering supplies. Additionally, they have served in the California Army National Guard since 2010 as a 25Q Multi-Channel Transmission Systems Operator/Maintainer and a National Guard Homeless Shelter Supervisor.

Nydia Esgeb earned an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Sylmar in 2014, and an Associate's degree in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice from the same institution in 2013.
