Frank Arnold

Frank Arnold is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Group Leader Technical Support at PackSys Global AG since September 2023. Previously, Frank held various leadership roles at NETSTAL, including Head of Global Customer Service and Head of Technical Service, from June 2012 to February 2023. Prior to that, Frank was the Global Service Manager and Field Service Engineer International at VC999 Verpackungssysteme AG between January 2003 and May 2012 and began the career as Servicetechniker at Koenig & Bauer from January 2001 to December 2002.
