Lester Nichols is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security architecture and education. Currently serving as the author of the "Cybersecurity Architect's Handbook" and holding the position of Director Security Architecture at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Nichols has contributed to various editions of the "Computer Security Handbook" and authored entries on "Information Security Standards" and "Risk Analysis" in the "Encyclopedia of Information Assurance." Past roles include Director IT Infrastructure and Security at Apptricity Corporation and Director of Cyber Security Practices at ApplyLogic Consulting Group. Nichols has also dedicated time to academia as an Extensions Faculty member at UC Irvine and an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching a range of information technology and security courses.
