Bill Rauch

Artistic Director at PAC NYC

Bill Rauch is currently the artistic director at PAC. Prior to this, they served as the associate director of foundation relations at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts from November 2018 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of 5-, 6- and 7-figure grants of 40+ institutional funders and program endowments valued at around $6.5M. Bill also developed fundraising strategy for the overall annual foundation goal as well as specific programs and projects. Additionally, Rauch represented Lincoln Center externally at meetings with philanthropic supporters, Foundations and at special events. Bill supervised the coordinator of foundation relations and major gifts and grant writer.

Before their time at Lincoln Center, Rauch served as the grants manager at Rosie's Theater Kids from April 2017 to November 2018 and as the program manager at Midori & Friends from July 2015 to March 2017. Bill started their career in the arts as a programs coordinator at The Center for Arts Education from November 2013 to July 2015 before becoming the audience development project coordinator at OPERA America from December 2012 to October 2013.

Bill Rauch has a Master of Arts in Development Studies and Diplomacy from the University for Peace (UPEACE) - UN Mandated, a B.M. in Fundraising from New York University, and a High School Diploma from William Fremd High School. Bill also has a B.M. in Voice Performance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.S. Ed in Educational Theater from The City College of New York.

They work with Kara Moore - Senior Advisor, Chris Gateau - Senior Project Manager, and Maxim Semiglazov - Comptroller. Bill Rauch reports to Leslie Koch, President.
