Stephanie Copley

Stephanie Copley has over a decade of experience in human resources and employment law. Stephanie currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at The PAC – The Perelman Performing Arts Center. Prior to this, they held various roles at 92nd Street Y, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Employee Engagement and Talent Management. Stephanie'sresponsibilities included providing strategic HR guidance, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Stephanie also worked as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, specializing in employment and labor relations, where they provided day-to-day HR support, conducted workplace investigations, and advised on equal opportunity matters.

Stephanie Copley completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Laws from The University of Notre Dame Australia, from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Behavioural Science from the same university between 2006 and 2009. In 2012, they attended The College of Law, Perth Australia, where they completed a Graduate Diploma of Law. Prior to their university education, Stephanie earned their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Sacred Heart College, Sorrento between 2000 and 2005. In 2020, they obtained the NXT-GEN Fellowship for Moral Leadership Graduate from The HOW Institute for Society, awarded by the 92nd Street Y.
