Clay Adams

President, Real Estate at Pacolet Milliken

Clay Adams is the President of Real Estate for Pacolet Milliken.

Before joining Pacolet, Mr. Adams was a Managing Director and Partner of Childress Klein Properties, where he led Childress Klein Investment Management, successor to an advisory firm, MXA Capital, that he co-founded in 2011. In that role, he was responsible for the sourcing, capitalization, and asset management of new investments for the firm. Over his 27 year career, previous senior roles have included Chief Investment Officer of Jamestown Properties, National Director of Acquisitions for WestWind Capital Partners, SVP/Director of Acquisitions for Wells Real Estate Funds, and Head of Asset Management for the Goddard Investment Group. Mr. Adams has led over $5 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes and markets.

Mr. Adams is a native of Atlanta, GA. He received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College, and his MBA from Emory University.
