Jack Altman

Jack Altman is Vice President – Accounting of Pacolet Milliken. In this capacity, his responsibilities include financial reporting of the Company’s GAAP based consolidated financial statements that include Energy and Real Estate assets across multiple asset classes. He is also responsible for establishing accounting policies surrounding the financial assets of the company and managing all the audit and tax compliance requirements.

Before joining Pacolet Milliken, Mr. Altman worked in Public accounting for seven years where his primary focus was in the real estate and manufacturing sector along with tax preparation for multiple types of organizations. Just prior to joining Pacolet, he gained real estate experience in the private sector with an international real estate sales and marketing firm.

Mr. Altman earned a BS degree in Accounting from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He’s a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA and IMA.

Mr. Altman also serves as the Chair of the Board for a nonprofit organization in Greenville which serves children with developmental disabilities as well as a nonprofit organization that provides a youth athletic program across 8 different sports.
