Libba King

Libba King is an Associate in Pacolet Milliken’s Real Estate Division.

Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, Libba was an Associate Manager on the Acquisitions team at New York City-based Hudson Valley Property Group (“HVPG”), where she was responsible for underwriting, capitalizing, and executing Section 8 acquisition/rehabilitation projects developed with LIHTC equity. Prior to joining HVPG, Libba was an Associate in the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where she was responsible for underwriting and executing mixed-used, affordable housing transactions across major urban markets in the US. She has also held positions at the World Bank Group and United States Department of the Treasury.

Libba received both her BA and MA in Economics / International Studies from Johns Hopkins University. Libba serves on the Junior Board of Covenant House New York, New York City’s largest provider serving youths experiencing homelessness, and is a member of the Innovation Working Group with the Greenville Homeless Alliance (“GHA”). She also sits on the Investment Advisory Committee for Abundance Capital, a Greenville, SC-based non-profit, venture philanthropy platform.
