Julio Cruz serves as a Support Engineer for the Americas at Pacom Systems since December 2010, bringing extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Previously, Julio held the position of Network Administrator at The Out of Door Academy from April 2009 to July 2010. Prior to that, Julio worked as a Microsoft Administrator II at Gevity from June 2008 to January 2009, where responsibilities included managing and maintaining a Windows 2003 infrastructure with over 60 servers and administering 22 virtual servers on VMware ESX. Julio's educational background includes studies in Physical Education at Universidad Interamericana from 1987 to 1989 and completing high school at Margarita Janer Palacios from 1981 to 1984.
