Pact is a nonprofit collective working to make beauty and wellness packaging more sustainable. We can end packaging waste in our industry, together. So much beauty and wellness packaging cannot be recycled through curbside recycling programs — it’s often too small, too flexible, made of mixed materials, or made of materials with no end market. A majority is also made from virgin plastic, which can have negative effects on the environment. Enter Pact. We offer education, community and packaging collection programs to take responsibility for our industry’s impact right now, and to empower the industry to design more sustainable packaging in the future.
