Samantha Barbee

Samantha Barbee has held various high-level financial and operations positions throughout their career. Samantha currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pact since July 2019. Prior to this, Samantha was the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy. Samantha has also worked as an Advisor at International Youth Foundation and held the title of CFO and EVP Finance, Administration, and IT at International Youth Foundation. Samantha has a strong educational background with an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Georgetown University.
