Curt Worthington

Curt Worthington is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in strategy, investor relations, and financial leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategy & Investor Relations at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. since February 2023, Curt focuses on developing FP&A infrastructure and enhancing investor confidence. Prior to this, Curt held significant roles at Caterpillar Inc., including CFO of Cat Digital, where leadership spanned financial accounting and digital solutions, and Director of Corporate Development, overseeing M&A strategies for substantial revenue-generating divisions. Earlier career experience includes an Executive Director position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in investment banking within the Metals & Mining and Agriculture sectors, as well as serving as Assistant Vice President at Bank One, managing a large loan portfolio. Curt holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a BA in Economics from Trinity College.
