Dave Bogan

Dave Bogan has a considerable amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Dave most recently worked at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as the Vice President Human Resources - Operations, Engineering & Technology starting from November 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Vice President & Head of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources - US Manufacturing & Labor Relations, Director of Labor Relations, and HR Lead - Meats, Beverages, Nuts Manufacturing, from 2015 to 2022. Before joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Dave worked at Kraft Foods Group as a Human Resources Manager and also held the positions of Business Unit Manager and Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2015.

Dave Bogan completed their Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at Michigan State University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their HDSR degree in Psychology/Sociology from Kalamazoo College between 1995 and 1999.
