Dave Redys

Dave Redys has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Recently, they served as the Vice President of Manufacturing & Network Optimization at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., where they focused on improving manufacturing operations and collaborating with operations leaders. Prior to that, they held various positions at Graham Packaging, including Vice President of Program Management, Sr. Vertical Lead, and Vertical Lead. Dave also worked as the Director of Launch Management at FRAM Group and held several sales and business development positions at Graham Packaging, TI Automotive, and Lear Corporation. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager at Edscha North America and held roles at TI Automotive, DMJ Technologies, and Global Tooling Systems.

Dave Redys completed their Associate Degree in Applied Science, with a focus on Machine Design, from Macomb Community College between 1975 and 1978. From 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Industrial Administration from Central Michigan University.
