Raul Antonio Chavez Rivera

Raul Antonio Chavez Rivera is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in implementing World Class Manufacturing practices and establishing accountable, autonomous teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. since April 2023, Raul previously led initiatives at ALT Technologies bv from May 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end supply chain operations and overseeing cross-functional teams. Prior roles at Zodiac Aerospace and Textron involved optimizing production processes, engineering management, and leading significant product transfers, while earlier experience at Honeywell Aerospace and Auma Chihuahua focused on manufacturing engineering and quality assurance. Raul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has furthered education at Vlerick Business School and Växjö Universitet.
