Nikhil Menon

Nikhil Menon's work experience begins with their role as a Product Engineering Intern (Quality) at Flex in 2013. Nikhil was responsible for assembling new product introductions, documenting assembly instructions, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

In 2015, Nikhil continued their internship at Flex, this time as a Product Engineering Intern (Operations & Process). Nikhil assisted with manufacturing decision-making, prepared reports on product and process information, and collaborated with hardware and power peers.

Nikhil then joined Flex as a Product Design Engineer in 2016, where they were involved in various tasks such as maintaining customer requirements, meeting engineering deadlines, conducting economic analysis, and supporting production by addressing engineering issues and suggesting process improvements.

In 2017, Nikhil worked at the USPTO as a Patent Engineer, where they likely handled patent-related tasks.

From 2018 to 2019, they joined Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P. as a Product Design Engineer, taking charge of designing products.

Next, Nikhil joined Klear Bit Technologies in 2019 as a Senior Product Design Engineer/Manager, showcasing their experience in both engineering and leadership roles.

In 2021, they transitioned to T-Mobile, working as a Software Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning until 2023.

Currently, Nikhil is a Product Manager at Pacvue, a role they embarked on in 2023.

Nikhil Menon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. Prior to this, they obtained a High School Diploma from Cupertino High School.
