Nadav Bril

Nadav Bril has a strong background in human resources, with over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles. Nadav is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Padagis LLC in Israel. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Human Resources Director and Associate Director HR at Perrigo Company plc. Before joining Perrigo, Nadav held a Senior Director HR position at Flex and served as the VP HR Global Resources at ECI Telecom. Nadav also gained experience as an AVP HR at Dassault Systèmes.

Nadav Bril obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University between 1989 and 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Haifa from 1994 to 2000.
