Steven Truong has several years of work experience. Steven started in 2015 at Uber as a Compliance Support Specialist, where they ensured due diligence for rental and insurance companies, maintained internal procedures, and provided support on compliance issues. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Regulatory and Compliance Specialist at Uber, responding to general queries, drafting responses for DPA requests, and liaising with senior management and legal teams. In 2018, they joined Paddle as a Customer Service representative before becoming the Buyer Support Team Lead.
Steven Truong earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Kent, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Steven also obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
