Joshua Ulino

Joshua Ulino currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Padel Haus since November 2024, after holding various roles within the company, including Director of Strategy from June to November 2023. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Bain & Company from November 2023 to November 2024 and earlier positions such as Club Expansion and Real Estate Intern at the United Soccer League, Product & Marketing Intern at WIN Reality, and New Enterprises Intern at Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Joshua Ulino's background at Bain & Company also includes progression from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant before serving as a Consultant from September 2018 to July 2021. Academic qualifications consist of an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University, supplemented by international study at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
