Andy Knee

Andy Knee is a seasoned professional in the sports and marketing industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of PadelStars UK since September 2022, where responsibilities include financing and operating padel tennis facilities in southern England. As a Co-Founder and Director of East West Sport since April 2017, Andy specializes in consulting for rights holders and advising investors in sports. Prior to this, significant leadership roles at IMG from 2011 to 2017 included Managing Director of Mass Participation and Vice President of Football, where Andy managed major events and international football projects. Previously, positions as Sport Director at XIX Entertainment and Championship Managing Director at EFL were held, along with a tenure as Global Head of Sponsorship at Philips, where global sponsorship strategies were negotiated. Early career experience includes serving as Head of Sales and Marketing at ISL. Andy holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Economics from Durham University.
