Kimberly Ann Carter, SFC, currently serves as a Program Coordinator at the Pan American Development Foundation, focusing on Private Partnerships, Sustainable Finance, and STEM Education since January 2019. Previous roles include Program Associate and STEM Fellow, where responsibilities involved implementing educational projects in Latin America and managing project procurement. Kimberly has also held internship positions with the Organization of American States, Panamá's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Human Rights First, contributing to international negotiations, auditing expenses, and supporting asylum services. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies, a Certificate in Language Interpretation and Translation, and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from American University.
