Gabrielle Davis, Esq. currently serves as a Litigation Attorney at Padgett Law Group, focusing on foreclosure, replevin, garnishment, and eviction matters, while representing institutional clients and enforcing creditor’s rights in Texas state courts. Previously, as an Associate Attorney at ALAW - Albertelli Law, Gabrielle managed a high volume non-judicial pipeline, performing title reviews and overseeing foreclosure processes. Experience also includes a legal internship at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, where case management and trial preparation were key responsibilities. Gabrielle holds a Juris Doctorate (Magna Cum Laude) from Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government (Summa Cum Laude) from Southern Arkansas University. Additional roles have included legal research and writing advising, editorial leadership at Thurgood Marshall Law Review, and early work experiences in customer service and research.
