Julian Cotton

Julian Cotton is an experienced attorney specializing in bankruptcy law, currently serving as the Supervising Attorney for Bankruptcy at Padgett Law Group since July 2018. Prior to this role, Julian worked as an Associate Attorney at Bonial & Associates, P.C., providing legal support to various entities in the lending industry and negotiating on behalf of clients to resolve disputes. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Attorney for Loews Hotels, where Julian advised on contract responsibilities post-acquisition, and interning at multiple law firms, gaining experience in contract drafting, client counseling, and legal research. Julian holds a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Pepperdine University.
