Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson, APR, currently serves as Vice President of Workplace Culture and Diversity, Equity + Inclusion and Chief of Staff at Padilla, where responsibilities include guiding workplace culture initiatives aligned with the agency's Shared Beliefs. Wilson has held various roles at Padilla since August 2013, including Vice President of Agency Marketing + Promotion and Senior Director of Business Development. In addition to agency work, Wilson contributed as a National Board Member for the Public Relations Society of America from January 2021 to December 2022, participating in several committees and task forces. Prior experience includes leadership positions at CRT/tanaka and earlier roles in public relations and journalism. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
