Charlotte Hardy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR at AnalogFolk Group (AFG) since January 2022. In this role, Charlotte works closely with the London, Amsterdam, and New York offices to foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture while prioritizing employee well-being. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and departmental heads to develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent attraction, development, and retention that align with business objectives. Prior to AFG, Charlotte held various HR roles at adam&eveDDB, MSLGROUP UK, POSSIBLE, and Concierge London Ltd, beginning their career as an Account Assistant.
