Tysha Gill

Tysha Gill serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PADNOS since November 2022. Prior to this, Tysha held the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources at ODL, Inc. from August 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included driving the direction and strategy related to organizational culture and people. Tysha also served as Vice President Human Resources at Vibracoustic from July 2012 to August 2016, overseeing HR management across North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific. Earlier career experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources and Compliance Officer at Trelleborg Group and as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist. Tysha holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, an MBA in Business Administration from Cornerstone University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Siena Heights University.
