Juliette Subils has a diverse work experience. Juliette began their career as a Stagiaire at Coquillade Provence Resort & Spa in 2014, followed by a Stagiaire position at Le Saint James Bouliac in 2015. Juliette then worked as a Serveuse at Restaurant Levain from 2015 to 2016. After that, they served as an Assistante développement pour le chef Juan Arbelaez from 2018 to 2020. Juliette continued their career as a Coordinatrice du service client Quitoque at Quitoque from 2020 to 2022. Next, they worked as a CCS at Skello from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are a Custumer success at Padoa starting from May 2023.

Juliette Subils obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from EIML Paris, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended School Ensemble Sacred Heart from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in Gestion/Responsable de restaurant, culinaire, et restauration.
