Shani Franklin is a trusted real estate advisor who provides unique insights to a wide range of clientele on how to best compete in the marketplace using data, analytics, and marketing solutions. She has assisted organizations with acquisitions, dispositions, lease-up strategies, and multimillion-dollar investments.

As the Strategic Lead of National Expansion with PadSplit, she consults with RE investors, developers, and owners across the country on how to increase returns, all while supplying affordable housing.

She attended Georgia State University, studying Public Management & Policy with a concentration in Urban Planning & Economic Development, and a minor in Africana Studies.

Shani is a recent graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s CFL Program (Center for Leadership), an Advisory Board member for the Gateway Center, and VP of Community Outreach for AAREP Atlanta. Shani is married with 2 lovely children, Bella, and Nathan.
