Joe Framptom

Chairman at Paducah Bank

Joe joined the Board of Directors of The Paducah Bank and Trust Company in 1974. He was instrumental in the founding of Paducah Bank Shares, Inc., a one-bank holding company that acquired ownership of Paducah Bank on July 1, 1984. At that time, Joe became president of Paducah Bank Shares, Inc. and president and CEO of Paducah Bank. In August 1994, Joe relinquished the title of president of Paducah Bank and became chairman. He is a past president of the Kentucky Bankers Association, a past chairman of the Greater Paducah Economic Development Council, and past president of Paducah Rotary Club. He currently serves as a director of Paducah Junior College and as a director and past president of the Community Foundation of West Kentucky Inc. Joe graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce.
