Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Operations at Paebbl since December 2022 and Co-Founder of YS Talent Consultancy since 2019, Stefan has held various leadership roles across multiple companies, including VP of Human Resources EMEA at Insight and Senior Director of Human Resources EMEA at Riverbed Technology. With a career spanning over two decades, Stefan has focused on transformative HR practices in diverse sectors, notably in climate technology and technology startups. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Jagiellonian University and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification.
