Chloe Pickett

Chloe Pickett is currently the Support Team Lead at Pagabo Group, managing the Service Desk and ensuring team goals are met. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Service Desk Coordinator at ACS&T Logistics, where they led the IT Service Desk and coached the team for a high level of customer service. Chloe started their career as an Apprentice IT Technician at Monsoon Accessorize, eventually becoming a Supervisor managing various duties. They have a Level 3 degree in IT Infrastructure Technician from Baltic Apprenticeships, a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design from Grimsby Institute, and completed their GCSEs at Cleethorpes Academy.
