Abel Iyare has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abel started their career in 2015 at British American Tobacco (BAT) as a Sales Associate. In 2016, they joined Diamond Bank Plc as a Direct Sales Executive (DSE) and later moved on to Tractorize Nigeria Project TNP, where they worked as a Sales Associate. In 2018, Abel joined Paga Group Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Business Developer, Sales Manager, and Field Sales Consultant. Abel also served as a Territory Manager during their time at Paga. Abel's work experience spans across sales, business development, and management roles.

Abel Iyare attended the Federal Polytechnic of Kebbi State in Nigeria from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management. In 2014, they pursued further education at the Nigeria Institute of Management Chartered (NIM), earning a Proficiency Certificate in Management (PCM) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
