Banji Oreofe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2014, Banji began their career as an intern at Total. They then joined First City Monument Bank Limited in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. After a year, Banji moved to MultiChoice Group in 2018, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist until 2020. From 2020 to the present, Banji has been employed at Paga Group Ltd, initially serving as a Customer Experience representative and later transitioning to the role of Customer Service Operations Specialist. In this role, Banji is responsible for managing platforms, resolving incidents, and providing feedback on best practices and processes.
Banji Oreofe has a strong educational background in the field of Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. From 2012 to 2014, Banji attended Yaba College of Technology in Yaba, Lagos, where they obtained an Ordinary National diploma in the aforementioned field of study. Building on this foundation, Banji continued their education at the same institution from 2016 to 2018, completing a Higher National diploma in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
