Nelson Simeon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2011, they began work as a Peer Educator Trainer for the National Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS Prevention & Care Project. Nelson also served as a Volunteer Assistant Secretary for Our Rights, Our Life (OROL) Youth Empowerment Initiative, where they engaged in community advocacy and awareness campaigns.

In 2011, Nelson joined Prepaid Medicare Services Limited-Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) as a Front Desk Officer and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Executive.

From 2012 to 2017, Nelson worked at Tech Mahindra, starting as a Customer Support Associate - Outbound Agent for the Airtel Business Process. Nelson later became a Training & Development Specialist cum Content Developer, responsible for training new hires and aligning associates to different call center teams.

After Tech Mahindra, Nelson joined Capricorn Digital Limited as a Training Manager, where they designed and implemented various training programs, including a company-wide monthly Job Knowledge Quiz and a training process for bank-acquired merchants.

In 2019, Nelson worked as a Team Skills Learning Facilitator at Andela, coordinating and facilitating onboarding learning sessions for developers. Nelson also transitioned the learning program from on-site to online, reducing costs.

In 2019 and 2020, Nelson held the role of Principal Training Consultant at EmployMe NG, leading the delivery of training and certification in customer service.

In 2020, Nelson took on additional roles as Co-Founder/Head of Technical & Strategy at The West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals and as a Sales Training Manager at Paga Group Ltd.

Throughout their career, Nelson has consistently demonstrated expertise in training and development, strategic planning, and customer service.

Nelson Simeon has a diverse education history. Nelson obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Geology from the University of Calabar from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Bible/Biblical Studies at West Nigeria Christian College & School of Biblical Studies from 2013 to 2016.

Nelson furthered their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria, which they completed in 2019. Nelson then pursued a Masters in Managerial Psychology at the University of Lagos, which they completed in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Nelson has also obtained certifications. Nelson is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (NITAD). Nelson has also acquired expertise as a Facilitator & Content Developer through training provided by Centum Africa learning.
