Gaurav N is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Pagaya since July 2025, Gaurav previously held the position of Head of Product - Consumer Banking at Blend from December 2019 to July 2025. Prior to that, Gaurav was the Head of Product at Scotiabank and at RBC, and co-founded DRIVE, a company dedicated to enhancing car ownership experiences.
