Kristen Manginelli

Kristen Manginelli is the current head of lead generation and growth strategy at Pagaya. Kristen has also served as the chief marketing officer at Webster Bank from February 2022 to October 2022. Kristen has been with Webster Bank since September 2014, where they started as the Senior Vice President Director of Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for developing and leading IR strategy outlining the company’s vision, growth opportunities and business initiatives in a way that creates clarity, consistency and widespread understanding among investors and analysts. Kristen was also responsible for managing on-going custom research projects to identify demographics and purchasing needs of 340,000+ customers and determine potential areas for growth based on customer interactions and transactional behaviors. Kristen was promoted to their current position in October 2020.

Kristen Manginelli has a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Kristen is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
