Maya Zilberberg

Maya Zilberberg is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Pagaya since October 2022, Maya previously held the position of VP of HR at Portnox Security, where oversight of the global HR department was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Maya worked at hibob as a Customer Success Manager, advising on HR processes and implementing new systems. Maya's earlier roles at Marvell Semiconductor included Regional OD & Learning Manager and HR Business Partner, focusing on leadership development, performance management, and organizational change. Maya's career also includes experience as a Leadership and Change Management Consultant at NGG Global Consulting Solutions, and as a Project Manager at Scope Metal Group. Maya holds a Bachelor's Degree in South East Asia Studies and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and a Master's Degree in Organizational Development Studies from the University of Haifa.
