Rohit Srinivas

Rohit Srinivas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director and Head of US Recruiting at Pagaya since November 2020, Rohit is instrumental in building and scaling the company during multiple funding rounds and its IPO. As the Founder of Aatma, a boutique talent consulting firm established in December 2019, Rohit focuses on developing exceptional teams. Prior to these roles, Rohit was a Talent Acquisition Manager at DailyPay, Inc., where recruitment efforts significantly boosted employee numbers. Rohit also served as Lead Recruiter at JW Player, establishing a recruitment function that reduced hiring costs substantially. Earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Associate role at Amazon and a Recruiter position at TRYAD GROUP MANAGEMENT, LLC. Rohit holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University.
