Susie Robinson

Susie Robinson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Pagaya since June 2024, Robinson is instrumental in advancing AI-driven innovation in the fintech sector. Previously, Robinson was Head of Human Resources at Kallyope and Chief People Officer at Signant Health, contributing to the strategic development of human resource practices in biotech and clinical trial environments. Additionally, Robinson has held several high-ranking HR positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Purdue Pharma, Lumeris, and Infogroup, and was Vice President of Human Resources at both Dow Jones and Wyeth (now Pfizer). Robinson has been a member of the Executive Committee at The Wharton School since 2001, providing insights on strategic HR and labor relations issues. Robinson holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and has furthered education at the University of Michigan.
